Eagles

If they make 'The Hobbit' into a film, the Eagles would get more Screen time. 😉

maybe just maybe the Fellbeast would have won if they had a nazgúl on'em but if they can have a nazgúl, the eagles can have gandalf, and legolas, and someother elf with a bow on'em, anyway I can't wait too see that scene with the eagles again. 😄

anyways did you see the Black Gate scene, I saw no Nazgul/winged beast do any damage to the eagles, did you see the eagle swoop the fell beast, I say at that point "that" fell beast was dead

Eowyn killed a winged beast with 2 wooshes of a sword with the Withcking on it.....the bleedin witchking!

so I am sure a great huge ancient creatures such as the eagle could have DeStRoYeD those damn winged creatures

About the Black Gate scene, no one saw the complete detail of the Eagle fight so we can't determine whether or not the Nazgul did any damage, and why are we starting an arguement again? The Nazguls and the Eagles are two respectable creatures and need not be compared.

I have a question to the eagles lovers...... What u think who would win in a fight between Thorondor and Glaurung the Dragon in the very first age.....(of course of beeing eagle fans...u Will say that Thorondor should win)... I say Glaurung...The fist of the race of Dragons...Theres nothing more powerfull than him..its very sadly that Turin killed him when he was restiing.. cause in other way no one could kill him 😄

sorry i never noticed this post till now, erm....to be honest I would probably say Glaurung, simply because he is a dragon and I dont think Eagles are that good at withstanding "firepower"
