That's nonsense. That's democratic/republican propaganda. People should vote for the candidate they like best. If neither main candidate does it for them, they should by all means vote for a third candidate. Voting for someone you like is not "throwing your vote away". Right now, I'd rather vote for a third party candidate, since I think both candidates are so terrible.

If all the people who didn't want to vote either candidate but are going to vote Bush because they don't like Kerry voted Nader, he would probably have a good chance.
