it's totally ridiculus!!!! a couple of my friends are like it's against my religion to read HP. it's just like get over it! just because you read a book (a children's book)(which millions of people read) doesn't mean that you're gonna go all satanic! it's totally insane! it's just STUPID!

What you are hitting at is a thing called Satanism. Having to do or is relationship to, Satan. This rises a lot especially with witchcraft because the church whishes to justify all it whitch hunts and masecures. Why? "Because if you don't know where it comes from your better off witrh dead!!!" Whitch hunts are a perfect example of how man fears what he can not explain.

hp has a mass following they are great books you either love em or hate em but theres no sense in flaming anothers work, writting is not an easy thing to do I congratulate anyone who can write be it novels or songs it is an art for if people dun like it they dun have to read it so no worries lol as for it being the work of the devil thats plain daft its about the fight against evil not fighting for evil so no its not work of the devil if it were then voldemort would be the hero lol

I don't see why people are so up tight about HP. if they think HP is bad, why not LOTR or star wars or the Matrix or any other movies and books based on a type of religion that isn't real. I realise HP are kids books but their are plenty other books for kids out their with that.

I've read all of the books cover to cover about two times each... I have not come across anything that would make me believe that Rowling is trying to get kids to worship the devil... Let people think what they want I suppose...

and they say "worship the devil" like it's a bad thing........silly christians...
