Yeh it is mass paranoia from so called concerned parents who think the books tell us how to conjure up devils or curse people. It's all a bunch of nonsense, and they need to read the books and find out for themselves. My neighbor is the same way, but I now have my folks and two friends who love it as much as I do. So we are more open minded than most. 😉

Even if I'm on your side, I think it's their thing if they ban it for theirselves from religious convictions. There are many people following the bible fully and strictly, and those people do, as the bible says we should, keep magic out of their life. Maybe it's not only them who are intolerant, think about yourself first.

Ummm eezy I thought we were on the same side here. I was not coming down on those who criticise the series, friend, I am stating my own personal opinion as to why they are cirtical of something they have never read or seen. I am a Christan but I am not offended by HP.
