John Kerry

True that Kerry has to stay in Iraq because if he pulls it it will cause an uproar. But Kerry looked at the very same intelligence Bush looked at and even backed Bush....for going after Saddam the weapons. Kerry would have taken longer in the U.N. though...even though Bush took it to the U.N. and for a long time did nothing at all to help...like usual...This was important to go to war, if Saddam had the weapons and was a threat. Bush had and has nothing against Iraq like all you claim. That makes 0 sense. Bush looked at the intelligence, and obviously the intelligence was very clear and said it was right, and if the intelligence said it was right...why would he disagree with it?

Kerry is staying in Iraq because he has too. It's too late to pull out without causing a huge uproar and problem. Kerry is NOT a war president, because had Kerry (or anyone with any sort of intelegence) been in office, we would not have blindly rushed into Iraq while ignoring the real threat of Osama Bin Laden. Bush was just anxious for revenge and wanted to attack the first country that came to his mind that was "bad". Of course, this was Iraq.

It's not surprising when you remember who is dad. I believe Bush WANTED to go into Iraq before he even came into office, I believe he held a grudge because of his father. Why else would he invade Iraq? The excuse of "I got a report from britain saying they have them, so instead of investigating further, I am sending on a full scale attack, despite the fact that the UN WEAPON INSPECTORS keep telling me they have nothing" is bullshit. It's just that, an excuse.

I bet when he heard about the twin towers going down, the first thing in his mind was "Okay, how can I relate this too Iraq in order to invade them." Of course, this is just speculation, but I find it very convinient that he waited untill our country was attacked to go to war with Iraq, and that it was after the attack on America that all this information about Iraq having "WMD's" surfaced.

To summerize, Bush took the first opportunity that arose to invade a country, based on the intelgence of another country, he didn't take the time to use our own intelegence to investigate whether or not Iraq did actually have WMD's, like he should have, considering that the intelgence that said there was a 100% chance of Iraq having WMD's was hugely wrong.

Kerry, I think, would have taken the extra time to look at this, and investigate to see whether or not there actually WAS WMD's there, and base his conclusion on something OTHER then what another country says.

It's you two that are going in circles...I have stated my opinion.

I don't believe all your conspiracy theories about his pre-plan to go into Iraq...Yes his dad went there...it's not like he held a grudge against Iraq for anything.

WHY ARE WE STILL THERE?

It is time to take a serious look at our involvement there.
Every day there are news reports about more deaths.

Every night on the TV are photos of death and destruction. Why are we still
there?

The land is too large to secure all of it. The bad people causing this
damage can roam anywhere, and we can't possibly police the whole place. Why
are we still there?

We occupy this land, which we had to take by force, but it causes us nothing
but trouble. Why are we still there?

Their government is unstable, and in the process of changing. Why are we
still there?

Refugees are fleeing by the thousands, driven from their homes. Why are we
still there?

It will cost billions to rebuild, which we can't afford. Why are we still
there?

We can't even secure the borders. Why are we still there?

And to repeat. Every day we hear of more Americans killed in this dangerous
land.

It is clear!
WE MUST ABANDON CALIFORNIA!

kerry did not look at the same intelligence.
he, like all of congress and the rest of the country,
viewed colon powell's evidence, in which he said that
the intelligence was validated and found to be 100% accurate.

that is when they crossed te line from speculation to claiming fact,

that is why congress gave bush the authority to act as he saw fit.
100% means 100%. without a doubt. definately. no questions.

"the intelligence said it was right" *squawk* the "intelligence said it was right"

polly wanna cracker?

how can a THING say it is right?

The THING can't say its right, the British intelligence said they had evidence that they were 100% sure that Saddam had weapons. Don't be a complete dumbass. Of course the paper didn't say it was 100% sure. The people who found the evidence said it was 100% sure. Don't you understand that Bush did not find the evidence himself? Or do you believe the President went on the internet and found the intelligence...You are pointless to debate. And yes, Kerry said he looked at the same intelligence Bush looked at. They said it was right, because the people they got it from said they were 100% sure...or are you and your parrot still confused?

Did anyone hear Don King on the election? he has a great view, Sure Kerry is smart and fiendly and I would like to have him as a neighbor, but as a Leader??? Bush is a leader, he says something, he believes it, he does it, and he doesnt waiver or change his mind. BUSH IS A LEADER, Kerry is a nice guy.

so i guess tony blair is our defense secratary?

so why are we paying tax dollars for colon powel?

what exactly is his job?

and as far as you calling me a "dumbass"...and then saying i'm pointless to debate?

yeah....said the pot to the kettle

Dude, obviously the British intelligence helped us...why would they keep the information from us? And obviously they notified Colin Powell who brought it to the attention of President Bush.

Not to mention ironic, the guys whining about hippies, yet he's holding a protest sign, plus he's ugly. He shouldn't have left his trailer park.

The president doesn't run the nation anyways. He is a puppet pulled by strings from the Senate and Congress. I don't hate either canditate, but neither are fit to run a country as powerful as the USA. The USA needs a man or woman who cared more about what goes on inside the border than oversea affairs.
