black panther has better strength and stealth (due to the vibranium soles on his boots that let him walk, jump and land silently they also absorb impact so he can jump/fall from greater hieghts) batman is nobody's ***** though and never goes down easy
i'll give this one to the panther but probably with a few broken ribs, major bruising, possable internal bleeding and really sore knuckles
first of all BP is stronger than batman read his profile.BP has better weapons hell, he is one of the few besides reed richards that have a weapon that can beat galactus. Sorry BP is smarter then batman, he is right behind Reed Richards,Tony starks intellagences he is freakin a scientist, he is prince, he runs his own damn country vs batman running a company their is a big differnces. weapons Bp has a little edge in that department but batman does have the cars "chicks dig cars" back to subject. In combat Bp broke down the FF and kick there ass every single one of them includeing mr.fantastic. Don't get me wrong I like batman I respect his character and who he is, if you look at it Blackpanther pyshically he is superhuman levels where is Batman is above peek oylimpic level that hell of big difference. 6/10 Bp wins w or w/o preptime
