First things first, every and all people that the batman fights are superior to him in every conceivable way.
Cap. America is one, Deathstroke is another one and of course Black Panther. Deathstroke is stronger than both Cap. and your Black panther and batman has beaten him down and won (HtH). Oh... wait.. I am telling a lie... Deathstroke has wailed on the batman as well and lets just say that the batman was out.. seriously... brutally.... cold. But was it not the same issue that a guy with a stick beat the living daylights out of Deathstroke, was about to put Deathstroke to rest before an assassin pupped in and took out the guy with the stick or steel bar or what ever it was he was holding.
Deathstroke is a tactical genius, if you think Black panther and Cap. America are fast and strong, then try a man that has what all these two have and then times it by a hundred. As a result we have an immortal on our hands. An immortal who got a beating from an armature with a stick, made possible by the beating Deathstroke received from batman. A batman whose goal was not to bring Deathstroke in but to talk deathstroke into turning himself in. It makes you wonder if batman was actually there to bring him in, Deathstroke would not have won. (Just a speculation)
BP is not the better fighter. He is not stronger faster or more agile. His only real edge is his vibranium suit, Batman's edge is intellegence, something that beats fancy gadgets if you ask me.
I agree and batman's suit protected him from a ticked of superman. I mean batman got PUNCHED by a ticked of superman. Batman must be doing something right in the suit and technology department.
B. Panther apparently has taken down foes who've been stronger, smarter and faster tha he was as well. Ultron, Red Skull, Mephisto, Magneto. The reason why I mension deathstroke was because of the reference of Black Panther using his superior senses, strength and agility to win So I just thought why not bring in someone whose own sense is very superior, very strong, and tops with agility. This is off topic, but I completely agree with you that there are definitely two distinct ways to portray Batman. I think the difference is usually prep time.
No prep Batman is the Batman that struggles to stay alive against a few thugs with guns. Prep Batman is the Batman that can beat all of the JLA, your mother, and anybody else you can think of. Prep Batman is the guy that could probably make a suit that can travel faster than light while producing farts that don't smell bad. He is the freaking reason why many people consider Batman the "King of Prep". He is also the reason why Batman fanboys are so hardcore and why they desperately trying to act like, in versus threads, Batman gets prep, but his enemy does not.
You can usually find no prep(Detective) Batman in his solo comics. You can usually find prep(Your Daddy) Batman in Justice League comics or any comic where he is forced to team or go against super powered beings.

Killmonger was enhanced when he defeated the Panther. Black Panther #'s 19-23 I believe. It was the only way he could effectively take down T'Challa to take over the mantle of the Panther clan. Before that he was never able to beat him totally. Check the comics, it's true. before that Panther HAS beaten Killmonger just not in " hand to hand " combat. He's defeated him in other ways.

Sorry, but all of the above is irrelevant because Batman isn't going to be carrying around a Motherbox in a random encounter (with no prep time) with Black Panther.

Are you talking about the time where Kilmonger died but was resurrected by the local witch doctor or shaman? Because I am referring to time when kilmonger was still alive before he died, and got a major boost.
Now I kindly refer you to some earlier posts of this thread view threads 4,5,and 8.
Even if he was locked in an adamantium room with only a hello kitty costume on and 8 Juggernauts out for his blood, lifeisaglich will think of something before Batman does.
