Finaly I read more on Panther and now I can see he is no match for the Batman. Batman and Panther neet on the street, Batman is taking this 8/10 times. With prep time I have no clue.

I suggest you read more than that. Look up Christopher Priest's run on Black Panther, and you may change your tune a little.😉

I will read it, and I will see. In the mean time, how on earth is Black Panther beating up Batman, with all those Gadgets, plus gas, to knock him out. Not to mention the explosive Batarangs and tear gass.

You speak like Batman's the only one with Gadgets. And those explosive batarangs wouldn't do very much against BP's vibranium suit. That is, is he even manages to catch hiim with those batarangs.

How Strong is Panther ? Batman has more experience, and not to mention all his martial arts. the Touch of Death, will take care of Panther in no time. With destraction smoke bombs, he could lay the Touch of death oon him. Panther may have some toys, but Batman is very Accurate and has dodged before. If anything it might be a tie, other than that Batman Wins.

No, he doesn't have more experience. BP has been training for the mantle of Black Panther since he was a child, that includes different martial arts styles. And while Batman's throwing these smokebombs, what's BP doing, scratching his ass? Panther can just as easily dodge anything Batman throws his way, and do it better than Batman can, being more agile (his agility's on par with Daredevil's, if not more). You can think what you want, meanwhile I'll be over here watching Black Panther gut Batman with his energy blades.😉

Edit: Oh, and I suggest you backtrack to the first page and read through, cause you know very little about Black Panther, and not enough to assume that Batman would take this so easily.
