Come now weren't you the one that said if black panther goes down or is in trouble wakanda is going to call in the 5th division, airstrike. I think it is only fair that batman should call the omac if he is ever in such a predicament. Besides he does not need 1.3 million omac to take care of all the airstrike and entire 5th division. He only needs one.
Batman does not need omacs to put the hurting on black panther.

Even if it is a tough fight, BP takes the Majority, 7-8/10. The wins for bats or plot devices of some type. Like I said, I dont care how many OMACS batman can call in, if Black panther where in the DC universe, he already would of hack into batmans computer, the JLA mainframes and stole his tech.
Not that he would have to do this since, Wakanda's Tech is centuries ahead of the rest of the world.
Even if you look at BP profile on Marvel.com, it even says is tech is limitless.

Batman has something call the scifi closet. Which he has tech from various alien civilization including Kryptonian to name a few. Batman's tech should be centuries ahead of the world but how much fun is it going to be when batman faces an opponent all he needs to do is push a button and the guy is caught.
