Point is, T'challa, without the herb, was batmans equal, maybe greater, think about it. T'challa beat the previous black panther, who was suited up in the costume and had ingested the heart shaped herb already.
T'challa beat him in a H2H fight, which screams that T'Challa was already peak human before he even ingested the herb.
T'challa with the Herb and the suit, Trumps batman.
And for the record, I only said 10/10 in my first post to stir up some good debate, which worked out nicely, honesty, I think BP takes this 8/10. I think Bats can pull 2 wins out of his utility belt.

That is your prerogative because batman has do so on tree separate occasions. And in all of them wonder woman used her strength to get out of the pin or hold.
If batman meets t'challa in some alley and they decide to go h2h batman is going to come out the majority
If they both had prep batman is going to win every single encounter ok maybe not every encounter but the majority
If they meet and decide to go at it with normal arsenal then Black panther wins the majority cuz his normal arsenal are meant to take you down with extreme prejudice. Whereas batman is just meant to knock you out.
