If the universe is expanding--and it is--that means that at one point it was exceedingly small, so small that no space for it existed i.e. that it was nothing. The 2nd L.o.T. does not allow for an eternal universe. The universe started out at zero entropy and has increased; hence, it is dying. Anything that begins to exist will die. The universe began to exist that is why it is dying. Stars are burning out (evidence of entropy at work).

Can you provide just one example of entropy reverse?

With all due respect if you do your research you will learn that it is common knowledge among the scientific community that the universe started from nothing (naturally).
actually, nobody knows how the universe started
these "only happened once" things, like life and the universe, are going to be tricky. Considering science is the application of inferential statistics based on probabilities, it really has nothing to say about the pre-universe.
I've seen some cool theories, but failing the ability to recreate the universe in a controlled setting, they will always just be theories.
EDIT: LOL, "among the scientific community" a) oh ya, I have lunch with them today, we will be choosing our opinions about salads. There will be consensus! b) when have you ever put value in scientific consensus?
