I think about 14. I know some extremely smart 14 year olds. Some really dumb 30 year olds. Mentality is a big factor.

Teens are only children up to 17 years. 18 years olds and 19 year olds are not children.

back on subject, im 18 to be precise and i do what i want, other then break laws, but thats cos, although you'll jus laff at me, is cos im mature about this sorta thing, im as silly as hell with mates, but i'd get the girl home well before curfew 😊 it has to be at least double figures, and end in teen, then it all depends on their maturity, and what the guy/ girl is like 'stereotypically' cos al those trends (jocks to you us ppls?) jus want sex, whereas the quit person in the corner no one talks to, more then likely, wants someone to hold and be held by.
