I pick Pirates, most likely they lose to the Ninjas, but I like the word Pirates better and it reminds me of Johnny depp in POTC.

Ninjas are panzies and all of jet lie's movies suck. Pirates are savage and kick ass, Potc gave them a bad name. But Vikings take the cake

Most pirates would be dead before they knew the ninja were there. Ninja are very subtle and would probably use some sort of contact or inhaled poison to get the pirates
