Here, I've gotten these pics for everyone. I think these pages from the comics 'Venom: Along Came A Spider #3' and 'Venom: Sinner Takes All #3' give excellent details on the relationship between host and Symbiote.
In Along Came, it shows that the Syms seen in Lethal Protector and Seperation Anxiety have finally matured (as explained in Seperation Anxiety, they were infants and were using their hosts as toys, basically, in turn bringing them to the edge of they sanity), and can finally see what they prior hosts were trying to do. Yeah, probably. Though, I don't think thats the cause of her suicide. More so, it was the fact that she was afraid that the Symbiote was out to get her and rebond with her. She got scared for some reason (probably just the bad writting of the issue, as in all the others she seems to krave a uninion with the alien) and couldn't take it any more.
Kiekan--you're a stud. I haven't said this to anyone but VENOMfan to date, but now, I officially have to officially announce that your kung-fu is the best.
Robo--maybe someone would be more willing to offer you help with that if you were not always so impatient with everyone.
Your next to last post on here was far from the most sweet-natured thing I've seen on the thread recently.
First, you insult Paola by saying she never smiles, when I don't think that that's true at all--maybe it's just your approach. She responds to my stuff with lots of kind words and tons of smilies, so I personally find your statements about her semi-offensive. She's got a tough job--and she has to be firm to manage all of this stuff. It's a tough line to walk, so try to remember that she is bound by duty, but is also here because she likes it and undoubtedly wants to have fun ...lighten up on her, k? Please?
As if that weren't bad enough, you misdirected my own quote about enthusiasm to grey fox, when I wasn't even telling anyone to settle down, just saying that I doubt that the person would demonstrate any excitement here in the near future. It mad me feel bad, like I was trying to be negative and talk down to others.
Believe me, I don't have to TRY--when I want to hurt someone's feelings I DO. It's as easy as blinking for me--but I'm also fair.
And finally, a word about asking for favors, which I really don't mind, and I enjoy helping people and sharing with them, but I think that if anyone here has a right to complain about being asked for favors, it's me. I get about 3 to 5 requests a DAY, and I try to honor them all--or at least most, but it sometimes takes awhile. The point is, the people who ask understand that I'm busy and still ask anyway. It's flattering, and that's why I keep on it.
I don't mean to harsh out on you, but I'm really conflicted by the amicable relationships with all of you, and I just want to help keep the lines of communication open. I would be happy to help you with your signature if you'd like--even though I've only been made a couple so far. If you're angry with me, I understand, but at least I did something to merit the negative attention.

Heh, I know how ya feel. When I was a wee lad (like seven years old, lol), I had a copy of the glorious 'Sensational Spider-man #0', which tells the story of how/why Ben Reilly (who along with Venom/a few other Symbiotes is my favorite marvel character) becomes Spider-man again. Too bad I left it outside under my Swingset-thingy over night when it rained..... Well, I'll leave it at that. Luckily, though, a year or two ago, I got another copy and danced for joy, lol.

I remember when I got "Night of the goblin" 2 part for halloween from the house where the day worked for a comic company/marvel. It was so cool, but then it got tatterred and i threw it out....unwittingly

also, I rarely have seen Paola in a situation where she hasnt been yelling at me or another user. I didnt see her "light" side until recently.
I also was joking when I made the remark about Paola smiling. she just came off as an angel of death type deal who should be feared above all else.......not as a person, i'm sorry for misjuging her. I also am sorry that i havent realised everyone takes things a little TOO litteraly on these threads...especially since sarcasm doesnt transmit very well over the internet.
