Also, why does the symbiote look like Venom w/o the big white spider? I was under the impression that Venom received his looks (ex, the big white eyes) from Spidey.

Well If the symbiote gains powers from each person it bonds with it should now have scorpians strength and speed added to its own, btw has scorpian venom actualy used any of Spider-man's powers yet?

And it would be feesable that the symbiote got its abilities to blend in with backgrounds from the people it bonded with before Spider-man.

And as for the Carnage thing lets just ignore that as it was never explained, ignorance is bliss, heh

I was just reading the venom profile on wikipedia and It says that Eddie Brock is still alive and is in a hospital. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this and/or if any one knows when the origional Venom is set to return anytimt soon?? Thanks

Uhh.... thats been known to be fake for a while now. Its just modified scenes from the first movie and some other, non-spidey movies.

I'm trying to collect all of the comics that Carnage has appeared in and I'm doing pretty well I think. but I was wondering if carnage has made any appearances out side the Spider-Man, Venom, Carnage and New Avengers Comic book titles thanks!!!

well moved anyways,This should have been posted on the Venom will be in the movie thread.Well this is further proof to the venom doubters that said eddie brock would be in it but venom would not,that they are wrong,that he indeed will be in it.

In fact, beasides that pic, there are some footage of the movie showed in comiccon with venom himself in it.

Some people have mentioned that the movie won't bring in the other newspaper to get Eddie in the movie, rather just have him in the bugle or something. Well, I ave further proof thatn that's true.

During the scene where JJ was asking for spider-man pics in the first movie, that black dude who's name I forget says,

"We can't get a good picture, Eddie's been on it for weeks"

So yeha. Movie isn't linear, but who really cares that much.

Eddie does work for the Bugle in SM-3. We've seen pics of him in Jonah's office with Peter.
