if you had troubled yourself actually reading through this thread and understanding the posts and points people made, you would have figured out that NO ONE said Costa should shut it and crawl into a dark hole and never get out again. The point some people were making was that he made it sound like he's a professional helper, which he is NOT.
He is as much qualified as me or anyone else that posts here: not at all
the most he or anyone can do is to give advice based on your own experience but not on knowledge of the subject at hand.
