That was back when they werent as well trained, by the end of DBZ Goku could go level 2 in no time. Not to mention in Dragon Ball when Goku was just a kid he could move small mountains and crush huge boulders, and that was back when his power level was only at the most 100 now he is way up in the millions easily.
no dude . these are two totally different universes. i would readily accept superman's victory were it goku's initial power levels. like the first two sagas, even up to the frieza saga. but by the time cell came into the picture, goku and gohan were already capable of walking around in ss2 form, and powering up in the blink of an eye. and thats where i think that superman starts to be outmatched. not mention when they got even more ridiculously powered when buu came in the mix. and in DBGT when he achieved ss4 and his energy alone was rattling the whole freaking planet. now that i think about it, at every interval when they powered up there energy rattled everything in the surrounding area. i dont think superman can hold a cnadle to that, and News flash! goku's strength is fueled by the sun's energy as well.......(and any other living thing he can draw powere from for that matter)
the only drawback is that for some of their most powerful attacks it takes a long and dramatic time to level up. so who knows maybe supes would be smart enuff to capitalize

Goku's done kamehameha's without powering them up, and they were pretty destructive in their own... and who even says he has to do a "name move"? he can just launch all of those energy blasts that don't even take nanoseconds to charge, each of them powerful enough to destroy buildings...

plus goku has the dragonballs, plus he can have his weapon of choice.
