Oh, I'll be back for sure. It can only get better and I wanna be around for that.

So you agree that it has been lackluster, or...?

I think it's furthered the current storyline. Do I think it's been lackluster? By Lost stansards, yes, but it hasn't been boring. If the show was just action, action, action, people would be complaining that there's no story development or caracter development. These last 6 shows have been primarily development of where the story is now. The show has been laced with information recently and we need to digest it slowly. It's like the an act of a story where things are explained to further the story and then come the big explosions and the huge moments. I have taken the show in stride recently... wanting more after every "Bad Robot!" at the end... so I have to say it has definitely kept me involved.

anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

w00t I'm antzy now. 😄

When does the next damned episode start?

Ok, my theory is that each of the numbers are linked to a certain group of people that live on the island, apart form the number four, that signifies that you have four minutes to enter the code once the alarm sounds. The number 8 is the number of people that were on Danielle's ship (the french woman, there was only seven but she was pregnant at the time), I don't know the signifigance of 15 and 16, the number 23 is the number of survivors from the back of the plane and the number 42 is the number of people who have survived from the main part of the plane. I will try and work out the signifigance of number 15 and number 16, yes, I really am that sad 😄

Hmmm. . . you've put a lot more thought into it than I have. . . but I like it. 😎

Can you help me with the numbers 15 and 16?

That should put you to shame as I am only 14 and I am guessing that you are older than that 😆

Also, I might add that the number 42 represents the number of CURRENT survivors from the main part of the plain, originally there was 48.

maybe there are 16 Others, and 15 Dharma researchers attached to the project, or the other way around?

and, since, according to your theory, all the numbers correspond to a number of people, shouldnt #4 also relate to a group of people?

maybe only 4 of the total number of 'survivors' are actually key components in the Dharma research??

so 4 True Test Subjects
out of a possible.... 108 total subjects???

including 8 members of Danielle's crew
and 15 Others
watched by 16 Dharma doctors (or
watched by 15 Dharma doctors, joined by
16 Others)
add 23 Tailies
and 42 surviving Fuselagees

which would further mean that even the Dharma doctors could in fact be part of the greater experiment, as any of Them could also be one of the 4 True Test Subjects?!!?

BWAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!

too bad since JJ left the project, there will never be any real resolution to any of the mysteries before LOST just fades away into Television History... probably at the end of Season 3????!!!

just talking out my ass, really... it's all crap, as much crap as Season 3 has been so far!! 😱 😆

I think four is the number of children (Walt, Alex Rousseau and the little boy and girl from the tail end).

4 Children
8 members of Danielle's crew
15 Others
16 Dharma doctors
(or 15 Dharma doctors
16 Others)
23 Tailies
42 surviving Fuselagees
----
108 characters

maybe the show is also predetermined to run 108 episodes!
which, given that there have been about 24 eps in past seasons, would allow the show to run 4 1/2 years, which is 54 months, and 54=42+12, or 42+4+8... which is secret code letting us know that the 42 Fuselagee survivors will team up with the 4 children and the 8 ghosts of Danielle's crew to defeat the 23 Tailies, the 15 Others and the 16 Dharma doctors and make their escape from the island!!!

OF COURSE!! finally it's all making some sense after the confusion that has been Season 3!!!

Thankyou so much! You have helped me to FINALLY complete my theory about the numbers!!! Now we just need to find a theory about everything ELSE on the island. I think that Locke's Dad is the original Sawyer, what do you think about that? He's the right age and we know he leaves America with all that money and we know he's a "Confidence Man".

Lost returns tonight thank goodness

'Bout time! w00t

Man, that episode was hardassness.
