He might not have to, since he wasn't on 815.

He might want to, on account of Ben will probably be wanting to kill Penny as revenge on Whidmore for killing Alex and Ben can't go back to the island.

So the safest place for Penny would be the island.

Good point.

I'm pretty sure Walt has to comeback to the Island... why else would "Jeremy" go visit him?

Is Claire really dead? it would seem that way, The Island uses the image/body of those who died to communicate with the losties.... except for that time Walt talked to Locke, and Walt clearly isn't dead.. so maybe she isn't quite dead

and why would Claire say to Kate that Aaron shouldn't go back?... almost everyone else has received the message that they need to go back (mainly Hugo)... what does the island really want?
When Kate said "get away from my son", I was waiting for Claire to reply: "Your son?, You crazy *****, He's my son" 😱

Hurley is one of my favorite characters, seeing him as crazy and pathetic was heartbreaking. Sayid didn't see Mr Ecko, s,o is he really crazy?

One thing that bothers me: why did Charlie died? He hadn't done what he did, they wouldn't have gotten out of the island, but the main reason he died, for him at least, was so Desmond's vision of Claire getting in the helicopter would come true, so, why didn't that happened? what was the point there?

... to many questions.... and we have to wait till February... 🙁

S_D_J was your sig promotional images to throw off people who really was in the coffin?

I just saw it last night; meh, it was okay, good, but not that good. As I was watching the island disappear in a flash, I couldn't help but think about the Black Rock. Perhaps the Island was moved once before, and when it reappeared it popped up under the research vessel, hence why it being in the middle of the jungle with no means of getting there.

No ... and Yes

I heard 4 alternate endings were shot, though only 3 have been shown. the real one plus these two.

They were shot to throw people off with spoilers, and some say because they didn't trust the actors 🙄 It worked perfectly (though obviously some got it right).
I actually heard Henry Ian Cusick was spotted in the Funeral Parlor set, so by the time Jack got back there and I didn't see Desmond anywhere, I thought Desmond was in the coffin, ... needless to say I was surprised by who was actually in the coffin 😄

but my sig are not promotional pics, they're just screengrabs I took from the video show in ABC. You can see the alternate endings at abc.com... or youtube

I think it's safe to asumme the island was moved before.

I just didn't like how it was moved... a wheel, activated by just one guy 🤨

I'd like to see all the flashforwards in order by date

How would the whole show be if it was shown chronologically? Would it be better or worse? Hmmmm

It seems they know what they are doing..

so i like it as is

but a recap of everyones story at the end would be nice

How the heck does Jeremy Bentham turn out to be Locke? Didn't Juliet say that her ex husband was Jeremy Bentham?

Yeah I was sad Jin died 🙁

I highly doubt Jin is dead. I'm betting that Sun is going to work under cover for widmore, sabotaging many things all because she is upset that she lost Jin. Then suddenly Jin will pop up. Or, she knows Jin is alive and is helping Ben by going double agent.

When did Juliet mention that name? I can't recall.

I don't remember Juliet's Ex-husband name, but he's dead, ran over by a bus

i believe jin will still be alive

never mind, it was edmund something. 😮

Either way, the name Jeremy Bentham made me immediately know it was John Locke in the casket. The real Jeremy Bentham was an English philosopher, and social reformer, just as the real John Locke was.

watch out

I wonder why Kate was so sore at Locke in Through the Looking Glass, saying she would not have gone to funeral even if she had known about it.
