The thing I watched that had Jake was recorded when he came to England to promote his movie "The day after tomorrow"

And I accidently recorded a Friends episode over Jake's interview before I've even seen it.Stupid me 🙁

No it isnt a horror movie, its physchological. It really makes you think. Great movie.

what the heck is donnie darko about? 😑

Its about a guy that is meant to die, but a chain of events has to happen and so he is stopped from dying and as the future progresses he understands why he had to live...and when things unfold all hell breaks loose on all the people he affected in his life and then he is thrown back to the past at the exact moment he was to die and well....he does.
I only saw it once a while back and that's what I got from it. The bunny man scared me...🙁
I want to see it again though...I'm sure I missed something. I'm sure my explanation isn't it at all. 😄

Or he messed up the plan for death and wasn't taken when he was supposed to be and all these bad things happened because of it and then he was thrown back into the past to die so the others could continue their lives?

I enjoyed it. I had no complaints about it. however if you are kinda on the ditsy side and are aware of it...this is not a movie for you.

Its a movie that takes real thinking cuz it's kind of a rollercoaster kind of movie...you are never certain of what's happening. You feel like you're going crazy with him...but if you are really clever you'll figure it out fairly easily...or maybe not so much clever, but a little insane yourself... 😄

i'm just wondering whether if it's a quality movie and worth my time to rent and see this, from a writer's stand point that is.

Being a writer myself...i would have to say Yes. I really enjoyed it. It's worth the time. It's not like anything I've ever seen before. Give it a try. I also liked this B-Rated movie called The Surge. ( i think that was what it was called) It was an excellent movie. i recommend both of those for a totally new experience. 😄
