I'd rather see a Shadow Of The Empire cartoon.
Dash Rendar, Xisor, Han Solo, IG-88 and Boba Fett, Luke, Lando and Darth Vader all take centre stage in that story.
Dash Rendar is unbelieveably cool, as is IG-88, and we'd get to see why Boba Fett was feared (seeing as Lucas has totally balls'd up on poor Boba), plus we get the cool characters like Luke, Han, Lando and Vader.
The whole power struggle with Xizor and Vader would make for some baddie vs baddie shenanigans - and it would take it back to a darker time in the series, which was the Empire Strikes Back - Return Of The Jedi era, plus we'd see loads of Bounty Hunters, less lightsabers (well I like sabers - it's just it would be refreshing to see some space pirates with just their guns doing the talking Han vs Greedo style).
So yeah, Shadows Of The Empire.
