What makes you sad ?

Thinking about Clovie's bloodsoaked bath and the bleeding egg and after asking her why she made such shocking sigs she said she was "SAD". I suggested that maybe she wanted to be sad but she told me that she already was sad.

This made me think......What it is that makes YOU sad ?

ANYBODY......

I consider myself to be a bit of a hard-man as I have seen and done some awful things during my life, but I always get sad when I see the children in African countries like Darfur with their faces covered in flies and not having the desire or strength to even wave them away.

Now that's sad ! sadwalk

it depends on my mood.
sometimes someone calling me skinny makes me sad
other times i dont care.

taking to my dad makes me ... angry 😬
but fighting with him makes me sad.

my "friends" make me sad 😬

animal cruelty makes me sad 🙁

people being mean makes me sad 🙁

a lot of things make me sad.

same here....just thinkin about things can make me sad sometimes cry

Drawing attention to offhand things someone has said by starting a thread about them in this unsubtle and insensitive way. That's sad.

Anyone who looks like you do should never be sad !

Just think about all the ugly people and things that go on in the world, then stop and count all your arms, legs, fingers, toes, eyes, ears and blessings and then you just cannot be so sad.

Sometimes we need to be sad to be glad...I think !

If we are sad for others then we might not have the time to be sad about ourselves.

i dont understand what you just said, but i know its either insulting clovie or paps so ill just say this:

paps made this thread out of interest ... if people wanna share what makes them sad then they can.
if they dont then they dont have to.

clovie does NOT make sigs to make people feel sorry for her 🙄 she makes them because
a) thats what mood she's in, so of curse shes not gonna have a sig saying "boy i love you you make me so happy"
b) maybe she just likes the look of sad sigs 😬 i know i do 🙂 i like sigs that are sad!

and also ranting NOONE INSULTES MY FRIENDS!

I already explained why !

My introduction to the "sad" thread was triggered by the way that you seemed to be thinking yesterday. Your sadness gave me the idea to ask other people why they are sometimes sad.

After all even if m!$hA is right and people are often just sad because that is the mood they are in, I think that every time that we are sad there has GOT to be a reason for it.

I was just wondering what these reasons might be.

NOT...your's in particular you understand, as if you want to keep your reasons for feeling sad to yourself then that is your business; not anybody elses !

OH YES...and BTW...after reading your reply above: Have you never seen anybody mentioned in the 3rd person here before ? 😕
