science and relegion are 2 seperate things, not to be mixed together and interchanged, though they may compliment each other, the same way relegion and polotics are 2 seperate things.

Wrong.

Wrong.

you didn't really offer anything to prove that it's wrong. Why do you think it's wrong?

(I'm not disagreeing, others just need to know whyyou think this way) 😉

Science is about discovering and studying every of aspect existence that includes religion, There are scientist that are studying historical events of the bible and the supernatural aspect of it

Science will beat out religion eventually.

First organized religion, it makes the least sense.

Then the explainations for spiritual dealings and supernatural feelings.

Finally we'll know everything.

...or religion will win and kill us all, but let's hope not.

The funny thing is, if that happens, science will become an organized religion.

The Poll generises too much, True religion and True science go hand in hand because the one proves the other.

Scientific facts, not theories actually prove that things descibed in the Bible are accurate.

Ever read Genisis. The world is a globe hanging in nothingness (or somet along those lines), amazingly accurate considering most people the beleived the world was flat. Especially scholars like PLATO.

Apparently, you have never read Genesis because the statement in question never appears there.

Moreoever, it is the Christian church that believed the world to be flat, and the center of the solar system, and persecuted anyone who challenged that notion.

Lies...LIES....LIES I tell you....they are all LIES! (said in a deep lunitac drawn out voice)

How so? Everyone will 'believe' it? Well, as discussed in the other thread... nothing is true. Truly.

Wait...

Yeah.

What is a religion? 😕

What is a religion????.......A very bad bad idea that caught on by force and manipulation. Now we're just accustomed to it.

That is why I have difficult time talking about religion. To me religion is any set of beliefs or practices that stem from the act of faith. That means to me, that atheists, who have faith that there is no God, are a baby religion. I think a lot of people believe religion to only be the formalities within a religion, I disagree. The formalities are the formalities, the religion is the faith.

Atheism is the positive belief that there is no god, or the absence of belief that there is a god. Neither qualifies as a religion, particularly the latter.

Religion is merely a science of the ancients. The need to prove that something or someone is making certain things happen.

The fact that we still do not know for sure how the universe came to be, will leave the room for religion to 'interfear'

What I am getting at is the realization that others don't see it the way I see it. I'm not going to change the way I see it, but I now understand.

It takes faith to not believe in God.

It requires no faith to have the absence of a belief.

Though how can someone have a positive belief that there is not something, since we don't have all the answers yet.
