I hate fanboy comments, I've been over all this, batman is a more skilled fighter, not a better one, spiderman is a greaater threat up close than bats with fists, he will die in one hit. A 30000 pound lifting punch, with the starting velocity of 300-400 mph ( fist second) will fatally injure batman in the upper torso, thats worse than getting hit by a large fast moving car, or a damned truck.
You won't prove that wrong so you'll likely go to the "gadgets" argument, different people same responses.
Spiderman could win this without his strength, or webbing, or precog, that would even it out, in a no prep match like this.
