No offense but those king pin thugs could not catch a tortoise if it is not sedated....Anyways batman is more of surgical strike person...you either do it perfectly or you don't do it at all...sonics hurt and they even hurt more to people with souped up senses...all batman needs is that one moment where you let your guard down...and when this happens (which by the way is how he has won most of his battles)....well spiderman's chances of wining goes from 80% to 0...you see..just that one moment of insecurity....

batarang flies by spiderman as spidey dodges it and explodes behind him the force sends him flying at batman's feat where bat's is waiting with a nice healthy dose of knock out gas...

bull....you're seriously giving him the benifit of the doubt..assuming that as soon as spidermans' spider sense goes off....he'll already be elsewhere....HOWEVER, in terms of what's actually happened.....punishers lobbed a regular grenade at spidey and it messed spidey up.......hobgoblin and gg have done the same with gas bombs....(LOBBING THEM).....

Yeah ok. When spiderman dodges he is way out of whatever he dodges way, and plus if Spidey swing in the air or sticking on the building he is not going to get blown up from behind because he jumps to the next building or swings witch is out of distance.
Now this is where trickery comes in to place...throw the stuff in such a way that even your guy dodges it...he or she or it is still exactly where you want him or her or it to be...this tactics has been used by batman and it has been used aganist spiderman...with more than desired results...
