It's not really that big of an insult. The real insult lies within the connotation. It's a cacophemism, a derrogatory term, mostly because it's used like one. Seriously, don't you picture some nerdy punk in who did nothing but draw really bad pictures of his favorite hero in school? Plus, It's the one insult you can get away with everytime.

Nah, Spiderman is a little boring to draw, I'm just not that interested in a guy in all sorts of strange positions.

Yep and its a bit difficult to draw the costume...my artwork has as little clothes as possible but they are still pg13....unfortunately i don't have a scanner...so nobody's gonna be able to see them

I saw a comic where Spidey was drawn all cartoonishly with all these chaotic lines depicting the web design on the red part of the costume. I think it was done by John Romita Jr. but it looked so half assed like he sketched it that way and decided not to touch it up 'cause he got lazy. That Wanker. Sorry for the rant but that guy pisses me off, where was I...

Ahh yes, clothing, It's just boring to draw. I think that's why such a large amount of comic heros wear spandex. If I knew what medium you were working with I could give you some tips.

I hate those comics.....when you draw a character you have got to make it look as real as possible....other wise its just not worth it.....

what do you mean by what medium i'm working in?.... My work is generally done in pencil....if thats what you mean

I was wondering if I started a Batman vs a Clone of Batman thread who would win.....cos both would have prep time...and i'd like to see the Batman Fanboys argue that one

Look at any Batman VS Superpowered guy battle.
There are special circumstances that grant him victory.
He fought Superman with prep time and kryptonite in normal continuity.
He fought a weakned Superman with prep time, a tank, and battle armor in DKR.
He fought a powerless Superman in Red Son thanks to red sun radiations.
Without prep time, Batman VS Metahumans means he get the crap beaten outta his body, Deathstroke can wipe out him, Spider-Man isn't Slade, but he's far stronger than Batman and can walk over him anyday.

It is not our fault that batman has been portrayed as always being two or three steps ahead of his opponents. Sorry spiderman was never writen this way😆....Deathstroke can wipe the floor with batman but so can all the people that batman has been know to fight....I am sorry to say🙂

You just won't accept what you don't want to. That's cool but the only thing that you are proving is that your opinion is based on biased information. Sort of like when you said that professional wrestling wasn't fake at all. You might know the truth but you won't say it.
