Cosmic Spider-Man is as valid as Mother Box Batman. Whose to say it's a one off. Maybe it'll happen again in the comics. Maybe it'll happen in this fight. And maybe Batman will have the Mother Box the next time he needs it in the comics or in this too. Who knows what's in his utility belt.

I know you still think that Batman wins without this tool, I never presume to know another's opinion. I was just saying I'm happy to accept that Batman wins with this plot device if you're satisfied with a hollow victory. 😄

BTW You believe the myth of Batman's innovative scientific genius. I have yet to be convinced.

it's a big diff when batman regularly carries it around in three different comics because he chooses to have it, while spiderman only had cosmic powers at ONE GIVEN TIME due to circumstances beyond his control...you fail to see that point.

it's a device that orion and his people use to gain information and help him in his endevours... supderman had one during the doomsday hunter/prey battle, and it upgraded him significantly, now batman has one.....I'll look for a more in depth description of it though...

This is ridiculous..you bat fanboys are too much. You keep on making up new versions of batman as this debate goes on. How about we just come up with a standard version of each character, so we don't end up using foolish logic to determine who wins this battle?

Here goes...

The Batman being used is the one who we all know in love...the guys been around for roughly 30 years, and on a whole he has the strength, speed, agility, durability, of an olympic athelete in top physical form. He's skilled in many different styles of martial arts, and is known as the worlds greatest detective. He carries along a utility belt, which generally consists of batarangs, a grappling hook, and gas/smoke grenades. He is extremely resourceful, and has used this resourcefulness to overcome much more powerful opponents, particularly when he has time to plan before a battle.

The Spider Man we are using has been around for roughly 60 years. His powers include precog, superhuman strength, superhuman speed, superhuman reflexes, agility, nearly unbreakable webbing, and the ability to stick to walls. He does not know any martial arts..however, with his unique blend of powers, he is as formidable as the world's top level martial artists...and it is nearly impossible for anyone slower than himself to hit him when at the top of his game, due to his precognitive abilities and superhuman speed. Little known to many, he is an accomplished scientest, and extremely resourceful on the fly and with prep time..using his wits in combination with his powers, he has defeated a many opponents who are much more powerful than himself.

Neither opponent will have time to prepare for battle. The battles take place in the following places.

A. An abandoned warehouse
B. Gotham City
C. New York City

Both opponents will be fighting at their optimum levels in this battle..this excludes all silly plot devices that have been used over the years. (ie Spider Man not being able to dodge when a brick is thrown at him by a street thug, Batman getting taken down by a second rate villian like Penguin..etc..etc..)

Who wins these non prep battles?

Batman the character been around longer than spiderman, and batman uses gass to defeat spiderman(there 50 other ways but i dont feel like writing it today) Also batman non prep is like Spiderman no webbing.

yeah, no prep sucks. batman wouldnt get into a fight he needed prep for without prep. hes not stupid
