Everyone this is how this fight works. Sorry Jinzin but Marital arts skill can only overcome so much physical difference. Batman may be well trained but he is still only human. Spiderman is faster stronger more agile so he isn't a better fighter his other stats are so much higher it doesn't matter.
Let's see you tell a 120 Pound guy who knows a lot of Martial Arts and place him against a guy that is 295 pounds who benches 600 pounds and posses above average fighting abilities. Who Will win?
anyway thats just it you place Batman in a steel cage with Spiderman and have them fight toe to toe nothing else Batman get creamed.
Now you place them in a warehouse with Batman having all of his abilities this somewhat becomes better. Batman can then avoid some of Spiderman and possibly hide. Even still Spiderman has his Spidey sense which would allow him to know when Batman attacks so he can avoid. Plus unlike some other heavy hitters they have a weakness that Batman can exploit very succesfully and take them down fast Spidey has no such weakness. In a fight where both are at their best Spidey still is too much for the Dark Knight. Batman could win but it is unlikely. To beat Spidey he would have to make a fool proof trap the only kind you can get by months pf prep.

while batman physically is spiderman's inferior...he's mentally superior on the battlefield...
in a steel cage spidey would be boned because he'd have nowhere to run from the sonic attacks. or the gas.. in the open it's subject to debate a little bit...

One thing you should understand is that batman is not exactly going after spiderman with just his martial arts. He is going after spiderman with other things as well. Spiderman is physically superior to batman you will find no one on the batman site that will say other wise.
In a cage fight with batman and spiderman. Yes spiderman is going to win but you can not say that spiderman is going to leave the cage without some serious damage

Perhaps, but its just the point that spiderman can dodge quite easily what batman does, he would DEFINITELY take some good damage.
