Spiderman has superhuman strength, speed and reflexes, plus a spidersense.
Whilst ill admit Bats does have a wide arsenal of weaponry including gas bombs. He still has to hit one of the best dodgers in comic books. Spidey HAS been known to be taken out by gas attacks but he HAS been known to dodge them.

Some might say pressure points, don't work on Spidey, well I say it worked on Grundy, in BatmanSuperman 3, then you might say how he going to lay it on Spidey, then I say tear gas, witch makes Spidey not see and start coughing, witch is affective against his Spidersense, then he uses the Touch of death, since the match is all out. Yes, Spidey could Win a couple matches, but over all Batman Wins

you're stacking up one of the best hitters (batarangs) vs. one of mrvels best dodgers...it's pretty even money in my opinion.....
he can throw those things damn fast...once he was descending upon a group of well armed men....he knocked all the guns from their hands by throwing several batarangs that were richocheting off of each hand etc...the guys didn't even know what had just hit them...literally...
