He was using superman, thats the problem you guys state alot, but explain little.

Batman could win against Spider-man but he would need special circumstances and even with them he is not guaranteed the victory.
He has no special circumstances here. The odds are against him.
The day that the odds are for him is the day that he isn't human anymore and pro wrestling is 100% real.

I am the one who came here and stated that batman survived a punch from a ticked off superman from the future....in superman /batman issue number 2....I am the one who came and said that batman survived a beating from superman under the control of red kryptonite (well we did not get to see the beat down but everything pointed towards the end of the comic....right down to the glowing red eyes of superman with his hand pulled back to strike at a floored batman looking up at the man of steel) you can find this in Lex luthor: Man of steel issue number 3.....and most recently again in wounder woman's comic..Sacrifice or Omac Protect issue number 4 (I think )batman got beaten again by superman only this time Max Lord ordered superman to stop for we already had a broken and unconscious batman...
Why did I review all this to show that dc has allot of faith in batman's suit..to be able to make him take punishment after punishment....after punishment...batman can very well roll from a punch from a superman who is not out for his head....My reasoning batman is not afraid of superman's super strength or most of his other powers but his speed (you can find a statement like this in HUSH issue number 612...batman said something to the effects of "He can use his super speed and crush me"😉
Why did I bring this up just to show that batman's suit gives allot of protection....this about even things out whether people want to believe it or not.....don't get me wrong spiderman is every bit batman's superior in every physical aspect but this has never stop batman from taking more than he can chew....this is exactly why I am spilt right down the middle spiderman getting the first 5 and batman getting the second 5 matches....lets face facts if batman wins the first match spiderman ain't winning no other matches...
Anyways I am going to take a page from the Mister (the guy foresaw this reply and I commend him for it) I am not up for closing this thread but if you guys want to close it go ahead because since 205--to this very last page 266 evidence after evidence have been provided as to why batman would win where as you guys (that is most of you guys) just focus your main arguments on batman being gay, and also character assassinating batman (in order words creating your own batman)...don't get me wrong from time to time you guys came back with a vengence but that was just it "time to time" where as evidence on the batman side was just packing up and growing...I am good whether this thread stays open or closed...and I am pretty sure those who are on my side would agree..

Um, you do realise that it is totally choreographed and the results are decided long before the match actually takes place. Don't get me wrong, injuries do happen and there are sometimes unexpected things that happen, like the death of Mr. Hart. On the whole though it's totally planned and they know exctly what's gonna happen. This makes it not real. Yes the combatants are really there, but their actions are not spontaneous or skill related, they're related to who the WWE (WCW or whoever) thinks should win.

which I explained just fine....he has an armored suit made from alien tech tha both distributes the force of the punch and absorbs it...and he has a mother box...his durability goes WAY up....

So answer me this..... Why is Batman's knowledge of martial arts make him compensate for a character that started his carrer with all of the Batman's physical capabilities ( Even his abilty to kick through trees) multiplied many times?
Every physical feat that the Batman has ever performed could be duplicated with minimal effort from Spider-man and you won't find an instance where Batman does something h2h that Spidey couldn't do with more disastrous results and with half his full strength.
Imagine, if you will, a human in the real world (this is just an example) picked up a volkswagon beetle in front of you and with great effort supported it for a second and then let it drop. Then this guy walks over and hits someone who's watching and hits them as hard as he can in the mouth. He breaks every bone in their face because the didn't they didn't defend themselves.
Spider-man possesses a strength level that is EXTREMELY dangerous when combined with flexibility and an advanced equilibrium.
He doesn't even need to exert himself to the fullest to quckly leap on Batman (Remember there is no leap that Batman can perform that Spider-man can't reproduce due to being his physical superior by many many times) and and push his hands together on any part of his body instantly crushing whatever was in between.
He could pop his head like an eggshell with ease Batman could probably break a coconut this way quickly with brute strength.
Literaly crushing Batman is not his only option. Spider-man is notorious for disarming opponents who rely on tools and gadgets and more often than not ends up using the enemies mechanical advantages against them. ( like tearing suits open and webyanking devices with a laughable effort)
And last but not least if they are fighting in a dome Spider-man uses walls and ceilings to launch himself sideways the same way he uses the ground to launch himself 50 feet straight up.
A full strength spear off of a wall would be fatal for Batman.
I'm not arguing whether or not spiderman's gonna beat batman in a h2h fight....spiderman obviouslt has the advantage...but if spidey gets in close he gets gassed. if he gets in grappling close, he gets electrified via failsafe. If he tries to keep a minimal distance, he gets soniced. If he keeps a far distance away than the fight never takes place or both dodge everything the other character throws....
Batman's at a serious disadvantage physically..HOWEVER...his skill help him make up for it to a certain degree...as I said before his application of rolling with the punches helped him to take multiple hits from a class 10 (that's a low estimate) super soldier...and he was taking these hits to the face, furthermore he has taken a superman punch to the face and a wonder woman punch to the face and he keeps getting up...are these characters hitting him all out? (with the exception of the super soldier) no, not at all, however based on strength levels alone, combined with the apparent speed of the punch they are obviously apllying more force in their punches than spiderman is capable of generating....
spiderman will not be able to do anything to bat's that won't be taken as though it were normal damage UNLESS he connects with batman's face...batman's a vastly proficient enough fighter to either roll with it or avoid it completely....what happens when he uses a touch of death on spidey? spiderman caughs up blood in his mask and he falls to the floor....spiderman can apply fancier and more impressive feats of agility but I fail to see how that equates to a win...batman's fighting skills and suit help him to keep solid pace with spiderman IMO his gadgets, intelligence, and strategic mindset are what gives him the edge however......
