in batman's defense why would he need the motherbox to deal with his rogues, it makes sense for him to use it with supes/jl but not against his rogues...he doesn't need it against them...
and for the second part...no not really....but it IS something he's COMPLETELY capable of doing at a whim if he wishes....it's certainly more plausible for him to do this than for spiderman to: DODGE EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME.....

I never said that was one of your arguments...but that is a major argument on the spidey side of this fight.....assuming that spiderman's gonna dodge a few batarangs is one thing but assuming he's gonna be dodging area effective attack after area effective attack, avoid gasbombs when lesser skilled people have done it in half assed attempts, be completely fine and evade a blashbang grenade, avoid bat's mini flame thrower up close, shrug off batman's failsafe, and easily avoid batman's homing batarangs...well...that's just absurd.
the batmobile, batwing, and motherbox tech are all at his disposal..you don't like it that's fine you're of course entitled to your opinion, but I could just as easily say spidey sense avoiding everything and then some is clearly grasping harder.

I think it's absurd to present Batman as Inspector gadget. There is no prep for this fight and unless you present some proof that he ALWAYS/REGULARLY (90% of the time) carries something then I'll have to assume that you're just including everything that you've seen him use in the past.

This isn't about what's at his disposal it's about what he'd do without prep vs Spider-man in an arena with no outside interference. Also I don't remember reading in the begining of this thread that Spider-man was fighting "motherbox enhanced" Batman.
That being said I do not stand solely on Spider-man is the best blah blah...I do think that the outcome could change quite a bit if Batman has enhancements. X was right, that does warrant a new thread and I could very well see Batman holding the odds in that fight. just depends on what the motherbox does for him.

I didn't know the rules back in the day but I know them now...whens the last time I suggested that he would use environmental weapons? I don't think he needs them personally. I'm not even reffering to the "enhanced" Spider-man. I have no desire to claim a hollow victory.
Doc Ock may lose an arm but he'd grab Wolverine and he couldn't break the hold. he'd then pin Wolverine to the ground (using the tentacles that are holding Wolvie for support) and flail him in the face with the remaining tentacle. No cars neccesary.

you're missing the point....for there to be a law the law has to be supported and fall under the general consences of the general public....NOBODY used those rules when it was spidey vs. wolvie, NOBODY usem em when it was wolvie vs. dock ock...but now because not having an arena puts the odds further into bat's favor than spidey we do? what the **** is that?
still though I'm just talkin about extremes....if people are honestly going to suggest batman can't hit him with gas or sonics or area effective bombs or a god damned homing device then I too will go for the extremes...although...as I said those extremes are clearly withing batman's capabilities to do....far more than spiderman dodging this that and the other over and over again.

You'll have to prove it jinzin... the motherbox is NOT part of Batman's character as far as I know....
And if it was you'd have said something long ago, I think. If he just recently aquired this, like in the past three months, this thread started before he got it.
batman's had it for about a year and a half....nearly two....i just wasn't aware until I went to go buy some superman/batman along with a few justice league titles myself.. the thread inspired me to catch up.
i get what you're saying but seriously...how else would you explain him to take 3 hits from darksied?
