Spiderman is superhuman hello, Spiderman is stronger, faster, more agile, durable, agility of the charts. Batman couldn't lay a clean punch on spiderman as where spiderman can put him in a coma with a punch. I like batman but against somebody who is physically superior than him, it favors spiderman more than anything.

I think Spidey takes this a huge majority of the time even WITH prep.
The only way Batman will know of Spideys spider-sense is either by asking the Green Goblin(Doubt Gobby would give up the info to a hero) or by fighting him and seeing/hearing how it works at least once.
Secondly, even without his spider-sense, Spideys STILL superquick and agile. He'll be moving and darting around more than Batman can take. He'll have to anticipate his next move, and when Spidey can either jump to avoid an attack, or drop to the ground, Batmans gonna have to hope like hell that 50/50 chance doesn't leave him wide open.

spidey will leap up at bats bats will drop a smoke bomb and blind him bats wil go to kick him or try to at least. bats will fly kick spidey and start hitting him spidey wil hit him away, bats will use his hook to shoot up to a building, spidey will folow and bats turn around and punch him and use batrang on him and he will dodge maybe and while that is happening he chucks more at him one will conect and if one doesn a explding one will catch him and bats can go up to him and batrang him it might go like that
but bats will win anyway

Too bad Spidey will see all of that coming. Batman can't even beat Slade. He has no hope against Spider-Man
