Yep. In the second Spidey/Batman crossover, Spidey specifically mentions that they know each other.
Batman is unsurprised Spidey showed up, and Spider-man makes mention of "last time".
Then Batman grabs Spideys wrist and Spidey proceeds to fling him.

yes, yes i have the comic. But that is not a crossover that has any place in continiuty. Gotham and MU Ny doesn't even exist simultaenously on the same universe so how could it be?

Yes, Spider-man never hits with his full strength if opponent is not super human. But this is forum so we assume he won't be pulling punches in this fight. Result = Batman dead of one punch in the head.

Even without the upgrades, the match is still lopsided simply for the fact that one character is a consistent bullet timer and belongs to the 10 tons category. Now i know Batman has taken more than that, but that usually entails one-sided prep and good circumstances on his side and not against people who nullify his advantages with their speed and an instant pre-cognition to boot.
Batman always makes sure he is well versed about the other person before he kicks into action, that is why he has been able to survive. One sided prep there is no one sided prep because it is batman's character is to be over prepared.
Most of those who voted for in spidermans favor had this explaination because A is stronger than B then A can beat B. And we all know that batman is no ordinary B.

Take away Green Lanterns ring and he's a pilot who punches things.
Take away the Flashes' speed and he's just a normal man.
Take away Wonder Womans god(dess)-like abilities and she's just a hot amazonian chick.
Take away Batmans training and gadgets and he's just a rich kid with problems.
Superman can't beat Deadpool because take away Supermans powers and all he is now is a normal guy who happens to be built thick.
