He was battering Batman all over the place, in the costume and in the face. He even held his face under water for awhile. Batman came back and beat the sh*t outta him though.

But, I think that people who say that Batman would lose to Spider-man with prep are sorely underestimating Batman's prep skills. I think he'd take the majority with prep.

the suit deflects a lot of impact but it can be pierced...

batman's suit does change consistancy however... but we're to assume he's bringing the best he's got right?

Spidey has superhuman speed. He's faster than Batman.

3. No, you just picture Spiderman standing still. I'll bet you Batman is more accurate than Spidey. Marksmanship and all.

4. Okay, Spiderman has better reflexes. That doesn't mean it'll work for Spidey. The Spider Sense has been tricked, decieved, used against him in many different occasions. Mysterio has developed mists that deaden the spider sense. People send messages to Spidey through the spidey sense to shake him up. It's possible Bruce can fish out something in his belt or simply find ways in the fight to turn that against Peter. Hell, its possible that since Batman is so sneaky that he'll pull a Carnage. Also, I just read that Green Goblin gassed Spidey once and that's how he learned his identity.

5. Superhuman Speed: Since DC has never blatantly said Batman's speed, you can't say Spidey is super duper faster. And even if he is faster, it's not by a f'ing milestone. I don't care if Marvel says Spidey's speed is superhuman, Bruce obviously isn't normal either.

Spidey has knocked out people with greater durability than Batman.

With Prep, Batman takes this one.

Spidey has the advantadge in Speed and Strength, but Bats is a lot smarter than Spidey in combat and in science.

no don't remember that either..so please stop shoving words into my mouth it's annoying... what I said is that batman's suit can take superhuman amounts of punishment and it can...

as for spiderman caving in batman's face.. yeah perhaps if batman isn't moving, but let's get real, the guy is fast enough to roll with wonder woman punches... he can't do the same with spiderman..?
also his face isn't a huge target.. not that I'm implying spiderman can't hit it at all.. just that it's less likely to happen then say batman gassing spiderman in the face.

as far as PIS goes.. PIS is subjective.. that's really all I have to say about the matter.. oh and..

Spiderman would beat Batman. Batman surviving angre supes in one of the biggest PIS in comic.

in one? he's done it about 5 or 6 times now...

come on. Class 100 strengh would separate Batmans head from his body in a single blow.

not if he's rolling with the punch.. jeez this is something comic book humans do all the time... not to mention the fact that batman has an ambiguously strength resistant suit from time to time..
