I think you are givin surf too much credit there. He isn't up there wit tha celestials...and i think wut u pasted was written in an extensive format - meaning simple traits were stressed out and over-exaggerated without mention of how long certain things would take or how long he can sustain it.

I mean, Norrin not only outfought the Dog of War, who Walter Simonson would place about even with King Thor, as he's written both, but Surfer shrugged off the Astro Force like it was nothing. That's absolutely insane when you consider Surfers been affected by less then that in his history, and the Astro Force is one of the major powers in the DCU.
Of course, Darkseid's Omega's managed to hurt him, so I guess that's good for 'Seid, and he did take Galactus's counterattack well too...
Galactus is a Celestial beeing, his brother is death and his sister is life. Taking a shot from galactus and shrugging it is way out of Cable's league, wether you may want to or not.

Surfer goes all out, its a curb stomp, if not, Cable has a chance.
Cable has been using his powers with massively more multitasking and creativity than the Surfer typically displays, he might have a chance. With God-like Cable here, he could assault the Surfer in the thousand different ways simultaneously, without using his full concentration.
He's been rearranging the molecular structure of things. He's dissassembled, reassembled each and every single component of
extremely complicated structures (like houses & everything in them) right down to bolts & screws without even concentrating.
He's stopped the white cell deterioration of every AIDS victim in Africa, rerouted flood paths to water the Sahara, extended his TK into multi-tasking tens of thousands of things around the planet all at once, & the list goes on.
He's thrown every single logger out of the Amazon forest, uses 2 hours a day focused in on soothing the pain of every singe person on the planet dying of any kind of disease, apparantly he does it all the time to a lesser degree, he can teleport someone on the Earth's surface to the Moon with minimal effort.
And heres the real scary part: This is not even a full list of his feats.
He also has Deadpool's Healing factor.

Owwwwww page 1 , page 4. I must say i'm impressed. But please do note that those guy's havent gone into stating Cable has a chance, they considered him to be one of the people with a chance...
But in no way have they said he has a chance 🙂 It may be a good list, but really doesnt help sell Cable 🙂
