The villians for Spider-Man 3 have to be Sandman and Venom.
Why Sandman: Because in a picture(I'm not well known so I can't link it) Thomas Haden Church is wearing a green and black shirt with tan pants, just like Sandman wears.
Why Venom: Because Topher Grace is cast as the second villian and he dyed his hair blonde for this role, and Eddie Brock(Venom) has blonde hair. Plkus, Venom is awesome and it's a pretty strong rumor. But, it wouldn't suprise me if Thomas Haden Church was Venom and Topher Grace was Carnage.

I saw him say it was Venom in an interview, and IMDB seems to concur.I suppose we can just imagine its a new random as-yet unnamed character though. Or bum #3.

Released in conjunction with the 40th anniversary of the web-slinger's first appearance in a comic book, the movie Spider-Man centers on student Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) who, after being bitten by a genetically-altered spider, gains superhuman strength and the spider-like ability to cling to any surface. He vows to use his abilities to fight crime, battling his arch-enemy the Green Goblin, and coming to understand the words of his beloved Uncle Ben: "With great power comes great responsibility."
In Spider-Man® 2, Tobey Maguire returns as the mild-mannered Peter Parker, who is juggling the delicate balance of his dual life as a college student and a superhuman crime fighter.
The entertaining adventure escalates and Spider-Man's life becomes even more complicated when he confronts a new nemesis, the brilliant Otto Octavius, (Alfred Molina) who has been reincarnated as the maniacal and multi-tentacled "Doc Ock."
Spider-Man 3 is scheduled for release on May 4, 2007, and will reunite returning cast members Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst and James Franco with director Sam Raimi and producers Laura Ziskin and Marvel Studio's Avi Arad, the successful filmmaking team responsible for the first two films. Thomas Haden Church and Topher Grace have joined the cast of the blockbuster franchise.
