This was confirmed a few months after the release of the first spiderman movie: the bloke who plays spiderman(toby maguire i fink) had signed a contract to star as spiderman in another 5 films meaning that if venom is the last villain he wud have 2 return in spidey 6 or if maguire signs for more films/they get a new actor to continue the series then he will be back much l8r. personally id rather see a better villain eg carnage as the final villain and he still has loads more enemies to go thru like lizard, mysterio and even black cat needs to be featured sooner or l8r
