I can finally be honest, I hate Venom. You see, spidey has that grace of being small and powerful, then this retard comes in to show he's a big guy. My favorite villain is Electro and I hope they like him for a movie. You guys like him because is an alien thing, created by newbies. I hope we can be friends^_^arrrrg!
Why are you guys all saying that you know for sure Harry will be a villain? Have I missed an announcement or are there just assumptions being made?
Assume nothing you guys, I really don't think Hary will become a villain, and I think it will be a surprise to alot of you when he turns out not to be. If you have been paying attention to little detail and small remarks that Harry has left behind, you would also realize this. If you have no sence in what Im speaking of then watch the movie again, obviously your not a big fan 😉
I don't think he will be a villain either Conners, and I've been saying it for months. EVERY time I mention it, how they don't HAVE to make him a villain if they don't want to, I get tons of people that claim that I don't know anything about films. Its hilarious. Especially when Raimi himself said he might not make him a villain. But people don't want to listen anymore. That's why we have people that say 100% Topher isn't Venom, no chance, even when one of the main characters has said it. You know? That's more than just a hunch, even though it isn't confirmation.
If Harry is not a villain,then the ending to SM-2 was rather pointless 😬

There are other options than having Harry as a goblin. Harry can go insane without having to put on the costume and throw bombs at Peter. They might have him locked up in Ravencroft for the film or something, you know? It would seem that it was kind of pointless, HOWEVER, that doesn't mean that it definitely 100% will happen, and that's what I'm talking about. Everyone is complaining about things not being 100%, but then they say that this is, when it simply isn't. The only things that are 100% in the film right now are that Spider-Man is Peter Parker, Mary Jane is in it, Topher Grace is playing SOMEONE, etc etc. So far we haven't heard ANY news about Harry being a goblin, correct? We've heard more about Electro, Venom and Chameleon than any mentioning of GG2 or Hobgoblin. Granted some of these sources are terrible, but I mean, Raimi himself said he has 2 options he's debating on for Harry, not "You can expect to see Green Goblin 2 in Spider-Man 3 folks".
I'd like to know what you people think the Lair scene at the end of 2 was about, if that was not a foreshadowing of what's going to happen to Harry.

i assume there hasnt been much Harry Goblin talks because we already know he'll be a Goblin, hob and green are similar villains, in some ways, like they throw bombs and have a similar costume. However, the possibilities of Topher has been chameleon, electro, and venom...which is a more interesting topic than what we sort of know.

I'm not that stupid kid, I know that its foreshadowing, I write all the time and I'm interesting in films in general and not JUST Spider-Man, so don't call me an idiot. The fact of the matter is, they are not locked by law to have Harry as a goblin, and Raimi himself has said that there is a possibility he won't make it happen, THEREFORE, it is NOT 100%, alright? How can I make that point get across to you?
Chances are, Harry will be a villain in some way, but it isn't set in stone, no matter what definitely going to happen, and that is my point here, which people get so confused at for some reason. I completely don't understand how some of you guys take every antagonism as a huge attack on the opposite side of your beliefs. I never said "Harry will not become a goblin, no matter what, 100% won't be and you're an idiot to think so."
