Saying that Venom is in 3 for a fact, yet you have no proof except movies... the movies are going down a goblin road buddy, not symbiote, and why do you hope he is an adult? you don't have to be an adult to get on here, I am 13 and I may act sorta mature, but I am not an adult so that statement was stupid, and O I have no Christmas Presents for ya'll, I am soo sorry.

Eddie Brock has been in both films actually, and Kerston Dunst in an interview said that Venom was a bad guy. I hope he isnt and the bad guy is just the Sandman, with Harry turning into the New Goblin by the end of it.
As much as I think Topher Grace is playing Venom, I don't think there is really any proof in the movies. The only thing that comes to my mind is how 1/3 of the first film was getting powers, 1/3 of the 2nd film was losing powers, so the only logical thing in my mind right now would be 1/3 of the third film being "power upgrade" which we all know the symbiote does. But that little quip about Eddie isn't proof.
But still, you see, that is the point. 1/3 of thw movie would be about symbiote and O no get off of me crap. Then there si Brock, Harry, Marco, what about Jameson son? He ain't gonna be too happy after what MJ did. What about Peter and MJ anyway, are they doing ok together? Is it working? All these questions pop up and they have to be answered and if 1/3 of the film is symbiote, there is no way for Venom to be in Spiderman 3.

You know it's ok to think differently to others.You don't have to agree with the masses.
Several people here think Grace is Venom.Some even believe they KNOW he is.
I don't think he is.I don't think Raimi would:
1.Choose a completely unsuitable actor like Grace,especially after looking at how good he casts villains with Dafoe,Molina and Church.
2.I don't think he'd try and cram Venom and his story into SM-3 along with Sandman,Harry's story,the Peter/MJ stuff etc.It would be a disaster.
Now if he is confirmed as Venom,which I don't believe he will be,then I shall bow down and say I was wrong to the respectful posters (miroku,NoFate007 etc) and the disrespectful posters (Evil SeeD).

yeah. there are central themes for the movies.
SP1: Choice
Sp2: Sacrifice
SP3: Destiny
yeah i also think the next logical step would be getting the symbiote, they COULD HAVE done it properly, if they actually built the character of Eddie Brock...but if they do have venom and such, they will have to spend A LOT of time on him, mix back and forth with mj, green goblin II harry, sandman, way too much, unless its as long as LOTRs.
Now you see. You people are going about this the wrong way. I remember when I joined I made a HUGE post to Ock stating why I though Venom would be in the movie. Remember that Ock? That was what, 85 pages ago? I didn't pop up and say: "Hey! Venom's gonna be in the movie you dummy. You're stupid if you don't think so!" No, I presented points why I thought that (most of which I used off Ock's own links and points). I was also very gentlemanly about it. I didn't take my opinions and cram them down Ock's throat. I didn't say: "FOLLOW ME OR UR AN IDEOT!" (Intentionally misspelled). No, I made my points, complimented Ock on his researching skills, and presented my opinions, thus challenging Ock in a nice, civilized way.

Yeah see, I posted a thing about that before too, how the films seem to follow a method:
1. Villain
2. Mary Jane relationship
3. Question about powers
are the 3 primary parts of the stories
First one we have:
1. Green Goblin scenes
2. Everything about Mary Jane
3. Getting powers in the first place
Second one:
1. Doc Ock scenes
2. Everything about Mary Jane
3. Losing powers
But..see...I don't think there isn't that much about Mary Jane left. They've got a good relationship...and they spent an overwhelming amount of time on her in the first two, over half the films. So they shouldn't spend as much time on her.
1. Venom
2. Mary Jane relationship is replaced with Eddie Brock relationship
3. Symbiote and Sandman
See I think part of the side-effects of the symbiote would be Peter pissing off MJ, so that kills 2 birds with one stone. Plus, Brock would know everything about Peter, so he'd know about MJ, and there we have how he can abduct her for the end fight, cause he knows how they're together. I think they could pull it off, but, of course, only if Sandman has a small part. As for GG2...I still just don't see it happening.
