Villain For Spider-Man 3?

Sony is being a pain in the @$$.

If Gopher will be a villain, and Sandman with it, i have the darnest feeling they will commit the worst sin of the Spider-Man commandments...

And that is not making Osborn a villain.

Come on, think about it, they are taking the train to doom!

1) MORE ON PETER?! WTF!?
2) 3 Villains?! Plus MORE Peter?!

I just hope they stop their "Doom train" before it goes really bad.

We've already been told by an insider that they are going to focus alot more on Peter.Peter not Spider-Man.

Now Sandman as far as I know,has no connection to Peter.Harry on the other hand does.

Then we have Topher Grace,whom we don't even know is playing a good or bad guy.But let's assume he's bad.Could he be working for Harry??? Could he be some kind of experiment Harry tries out,you know he pays some guy to undergo something.Which transforms him into a super menace.

I'm not even going to speculate which villain he could be transformed into.We're just doing a what if scenario here.

To me anyway,that seems more plausible than getting Eddie Brock who must:

1.Develop a hatred for Spider-Man
2.Introduce a symbiote
3.Have it bond with Brock
4.Then start the whole Venom Vs Spidey thing.

All that will happen with Harry,Sandman,the Peter/MJ stuff etc???

I just don't see it happening myself.

I really think Topher's character is connected to Harry,in connection with his quest to destroy Spider-Man.

Sounds plausible.

He could be, but I see Harry becoming the Green Goblin 2. I mean, if he just hires someone now, it is like the same thing as 2.

The thing is that we can argue and debate but in the end it doesnt change anything We will have to wait until Sony announces everything.

very plausible, i assume it might green goblin 2 and hob goblin. too bad sam raimi didnt reveal his ideas in the SP2 special features; in sp1 he said he wanted to do doc ock.

Well originally they were going to have Doc Ock and Green Goblin in SM-1.Thank god they didn't do that.

So I guess having Ock in SM-2 was the next logical step.

I don't think Raimi had a clue where he was going with SM-3 after SM-2 was made,except for Harry of course.

But I always remember Tobey Maguire saying that he and Raimi thought Sandman was really cool.And would love to have him as a villain next.

And here we are.

Lol yeah. But see, I think if we all sat down, we would agree on the same films to do. I think Ock and I discussed this before, we would do GG - Norman, then Ock, then Venom with a cameo of someone like Rhino or Shocker.

I'd do it like this:

SM-1- Doc Ock,introduce Norman and Eddie Brock
SM-2- Norman becomes GG,Eddie begins to really hate Spider-Man
SM-3- Eddie becomes Venom.Have a cameo with Shocker or someone small like that.

i have a feeling topher might be shocker not venom
