Don't judge all directors by Schumacher's crappy standards.

I'm not judging them...but I just say that if they continue it, it might have a whole other effect...

Batman Begins thanks its success partially because it was a new beginning...it was no sequel to the Burton/schumacher movies

I think they've learned from Schumacher's crappy mistakes.Unless they give the Spider-Man suit nipples,turn New York all neon,and make the villains campy as hell,then yeah they'll suck.

But that won't be happening.

Raimi is not all that great.He is totally replaceable.And to think that any Spider-Man movie not directed by him,or not featuring Tobey Maguire and dozy Dunst will suck,is just ignorant.
