Of course he'll die. That's one thing I personally would change, if I could.

I'd introduce Brock in one and have the rivalry build throughout one and two, have him interact with the symbiote at the end of two (maybe a post-credits teaser) and then let it run over into three.

Then again, I'm no director.

Sandman lived, he turned good. His kid came along and told him to stop or something. Harry dies. Venom dies. MJ and Gwen live. Aunt May lives too.
