Lyoko's now been destroyed by XANA, but season three ends with an email from Franz Hopper. He's still alive, and Aelita hopes to save her father. The team's goal is to Stop XANA, especially now that he's on the WWW, and rescue William, who's been possessed by XANA and is currently his meat puppet. (heh, meat puppet)

They get new outfits, new vehicles, new kick-butt skills.... It'll be amazing! 😉

well I suppose if XANA destroys Lyoko then they don't have to worry about running around trying to save it anymore

Wrongo! BECAUSE Xana destroyed Lyoko, he doesn't have to activate towers to got to the real world anymore, because there are no towers to activate; hence, one less hassle on the way to wreck havoc. So, Jeremy and Aelita apent a TON of time getting work done and rebuilding Sector 5, and now, their bigger project, the "Skidbladnir" or the Skid for short, is a "submarine" that can go into the digital sea and check out what's goin' on in there! 😉

It rocks, to put it simply. And, to make it even easier to start re-watching, all the lovely little episodes have been put on a "Lyoko on Demand" page by Wartonchan, the fabulous person who runs teklinks.org, a CL fan forum, and you can watch all the episodes, sans commercials, for free! Well I actually watch 6 Episodes of Code Lyoko yesterday back to back on Cartoon Network b/c nothing else was on.

I didn't even intend on doing so, but it just caught me by surprise.

I'm assuming based on your timing of information which I got from the shows I watched yesterday that you too watched the Mini Marathon yesterday as well MerMorgan.
