Other evidences we do have is that Colossus believes Wolverine claws can do serous damage to him and has even shown fear of them.

Then there the fact Wolverine also believes his claws can seriously harm colossus.

There never been any evidence shown or present that suggests other wise. Simply wishful thinking on your part which will be prove quite wrong in about a month.
