The difference being that Wayverine's characterization and powers are contrary to the norm, where as Colossus blood colour / type and body construction hasn't been consistent enough to have a norm in the first place.

The question was whether or not Wolverine can cut Colossus, obviously he can. TK, pyrokenesis and the ability to control bugs don't really factor into the cutting equation...
