Probably Meta Cooler. When it regenerates its body from taking a strong attack, the flaws in its design that allow the injury get corrected, and even if its body gets blown to a thousand pieces, those pieces regenerate into a thousand Meta Coolers.

So, yeah. SSJ3 Goku would eventually get worn out.
