According the Manga, 17 is about twice as strong as 18, with means he's probably about 1/5 perfect cell, whilst 18 is 1/8.

19 gets killed by Vegeta AFTER he drains Vegeta's energy. 20 runs away and gets killed by 17, so he's prolly about 1/15 the strength of cell.

Cell would still pwn.

No, 17 and 18 are close to eachother, but 17 is a little stronger. Not twice as strong though.

16 is as strong as Cell stage one. Which is inturn stronger then 17 and 18.

19 and 20 get their strength from absorbtion so there no where near the strength of the other Androids.

But wait, every Android (excluding Android 8) Have android INtegration where thye can absorb the aprt of a fallen Android, and all of them have th Android fusion technique like what teh two 17s did so with out holding him down and such he smashes destroys obliterates what evers anyof them tehy can take tehr eparts, so back to m y otehr question (ps. not really...they all posed a challenge at one time or another...

compared to maybe a strong z fighter like ssj3 or 4 goku, or vegito they would be weak...

Ok so here's the deal. This thread is getting kind of boring lately, so I figured we could do something about it. What's a better way to liven this place up then a tournament?

So here are the rules. All fighters have a base power level of 250. They have exactly 1 year to train and become stronger. Since the power levels are so low, you have to give specific feats of power for who you want to back.

The fighters also can only use one move involving ki. Ie: Kamehameha, Gallic Gun, Tri-beam, or even Flying. So pick your move wisely.

Dont call each others names or the like, just have a debate about who would win. Only one fight will be going on at once though, so if 2 people post there fighters, then everyone else should vote on who they think would win.

So lets have a clean fight.

The character I choose is Guldo. His one technique he's allowed to use is Time Freeze. Can anyone beat him?
