well Dabura took on Gohan SSJ2 the whole fight and bested him yes Gohan had not trained in a very loing gap of his life but, still and Gohan opnly took on Buu when his Abilities werre truley unlocked, who else thinks it would have kicked ass if Goku and Gohan fused!? that would have kicked ass! so I think Dabura but with a serious Boost from Babidis power, if Cell weere ressurected and Possessed he ould have been the strongest living being EVER!!!

Well being that the only androids that we know are 8,16,17,18,19,20. (In the manga, I dont count the movies, nor am I counting GT.)
17, and 18 are nothing but cannon fodder, theyd be out in a second.
8 probably couldn't even beat Goku when he was a child so hes nothing.
16 could only compete with Cell in his pre perfect stages.
19, and 20 believe it or not are the ones who actually have a chance. The reason for this is because all other power levels are absolute. Where as their power levels could become higher.
17,18, and 16 could possibly hold cell down long enough for the other androids to suck out his energy. If they do that, then Cell would lose. If they can't hold them down, or even if Cell's energy can not be sucked out, then Cell wins.
Thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

8- is Cannon Fodder.
13- probably around 1/8th of Cell's power.
14- a little less then 1/8th Cell's power.
15- a little less then 1/8th Cell's power.
17- about 1/8th of Cell's power.
17- about 1/8th of Cell's power.
18- about 1/8th of Cell's power.
19- can absorb power from Cell.
20- can absorb power from Cell.
If 13-18 can hold Cell in place, and 19&20 can suck out his power, then they win.
If they cant suck out his power then they get demolished.
16 is about 1/3 of PERFECT CELL, remember, he was just as strong as 2nd stage, but cell only killed him with a trick.
According the Manga, 17 is about twice as strong as 18, with means he's probably about 1/5 perfect cell, whilst 18 is 1/8.
19 gets killed by Vegeta AFTER he drains Vegeta's energy. 20 runs away and gets killed by 17, so he's prolly about 1/15 the strength of cell.
Cell would still pwn.

C16 was nowhere near 1/3 of Perfect Cell's power. If he was then Goku would have been able to beat Cell easily. Vegeta, when he finished his training in the ROSAT the first time was far more powerful than Imperfect Cell Stage two, probably three times easily. Look at these manga scans and you'll see that C16 was no match for Imperfect Cell Stage two.
I'd rate it like this.

There is NO way all the other androids could defeat cell. If Piccolo, Goku and Vegeta could kill 19 and 20 easily before their additional training and/or powerups, what makes you think a team effort on all the andriod's parts could defeat Perfect Cell, someone that FPS Goku couldn't beat?
