Unless you want Bullseye to walk into whatever Trap you have set up in your mind. Which really isn't going to happen. he's not an idiot. he knows what castles capable of.

Punisher has met Bullseye before on the street, right? And Bullseye is still breathing, so...I think Bulls has the edge if it's a straight up duel.
Anyone here ever read the issue where Bullseye kills Elektra, and gets crippled by Daredevil? It was the Frank Miller days - that's where he met the Punisher for the first time. In a prison courtyard, where Bulls hands are heavily manacled, so he doesn't kill anyone. They exchange deadly pleasantries, and the Punisher tells him he knows Bulls has been on good behaviour, waiting for the Kingpin to get him out. But he's not going to; he's hired Elektra as his new assasin, and doesn't need him anymore.
Bulls is furious, says: "That no-good rotten - why are you telling me this?"
Punisher:"Chances are, you'll do something stupid. Get yourself killed. (smiles) I'd like that." 😈
Bullseye and Punisher have alrady went at it and it was a war. Frank was trying to kill some drug runners in south America when he ran into Bullsye. Bullseys pretty much humiliated him. The best part is where frank throws a grenade at Bullseye but Bullseye tossess a toothpick into the pin whole all while its still in midair. He even painted a mud bullseye on his forehead so that "frankie boy" can get a better shot.

And Bullseye did all that in his early years. Current Bullseye with alot more experience would kill Frank with a single projectile before Frank could react.
