The Punisher vs. Bullseye

The latest one #3 does make bullseye the superior but i believe that #4 will showcase the punisher a little more...could be wrong...

This seems like a spite thread, Bullseye would win if he ambushed Frank when he was unarmed, I believe this was done in a comic, and Frank needed Shotgun to save him

i didn't pick it up...i heard from others it wasn't worth pickin up and that it was just making frank look like elmer fudd and bulls look like bugs bunny...i saw some scans from it when frank and him fought h2h but thats all...

Imma bump this shit 😛 lol I'd go for bullseye as he has put Punisher to shame a few times in multiple areas.
Prep, he out-prepped frank (Which is a big feat)
He has out-fought Frank (it was close)

He's like "what if Punisher was an evil assasin badass b*stard who never missed?"
